1. Seller identification
The CYPERA store (the "Seller") operates under the Cypera Skin Care brand, accessible at cypera.co. For any questions, contact us at: contact.cypera@gmail.com
2. Products
The products offered for sale on the CYPERA store are skincare products, including collagen-infused balms and gua sha creams designed to prep and care for the skin. The essential characteristics of each product are presented on its product page. The Seller is committed to describing products as accurately as possible.
Photographs illustrating the products are not part of the contractual agreement. Slight colour variations may occur depending on your screen.
3. Price
Prices for orders shipped to Canada are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Prices for orders shipped to France and other francophone countries are displayed in euros (€), all taxes included where applicable. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time; the price applicable to an order is the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

4. Order
By placing an order on our store, you confirm that:

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing your purchase. The order becomes final once payment is confirmed.

A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, particularly for remote or northern regions.
7. Liability
CYPERA cannot be held responsible for the improper use of a product. We recommend patch-testing any product on a small area of skin before full use. In case of an allergic reaction, stop use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
8. Personal data
Information collected during your order is used exclusively to process it and manage our customer relationship. Depending on where you reside, you have a right of access, correction, and deletion of your data, in accordance with the GDPR for European residents, Quebec's Law 25 for Quebec residents, and PIPEDA for other Canadian residents. 9. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. This clause does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country or province of residence, particularly with respect to consumer protection. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. Failing that, and subject to any mandatory legal provisions applicable in your place of residence, French courts will have jurisdiction.
