If you're not completely happy with your order, we're committed to giving you a full refund, no questions asked.
Return conditions
You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it if:
✓ The product arrives defective or damaged
✓ The product you received doesn't match your order
✓ You're not happy with the results (used or unused product)
Opened and used products are accepted under our satisfaction guarantee — you don't need to send back an empty product to get your refund.
How to make a return
- Email us at contact.cypera@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return
- Our team responds within 24–48h with return instructions and the shipping address
- Send the product back in its original packaging (if possible) with your order slip inside
- Your refund is processed within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the package, back to your original payment method

Exceptions
Returns aren't accepted for the following reasons:
— The product has clearly been used and its packaging was intentionally damaged without valid reason
— The order was placed during a "final sale" promotion (clearly noted on the product page)
Return shipping
If the product is defective or the error is on our end, return shipping is covered by CYPERA.
In all other cases, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
